Our aluminum chip recycling system

With this in mind, we have encouraged several reorganizations in line with our objective of continuous improvement. All the more so as we take pride in participating in the global effort for sustainable development.
For several years now, we have implemented a system for compressing aluminum shavings at all our sites.
- This system allows us to recover the remaining cutting oil contained in the aluminum chips. As a result, we reduce both our oil consumption and waste.
- The aluminum shavings are then recycled.
The oil mist extractor

Therefore, the investments made throughout the last few years concern our industrial and technical means as much as our human ones.
Installation of an oil mist extractor : this captures the oil mist generated by the machines, which is then reprocessed, filtered and released, removing 99% of particles from the air.
