DECARBON’ACTION ASSESSMENT

As part of our decarbonization initiative, we conducted an assessment of our carbon footprint across all our subsidiaries (excluding the U.S.) in collaboration with NALDEO TECHNOLOGIES & INDUSTRIES, an engineering and consulting firm specializing in the environmental transition of SMEs and mid-sized companies in the industrial sector, and with support from ADEME and BPI France.

This is our very first assessment of our GHG emissions, and its objective is to identify several areas for progress and improvement in order to establish a detailed action plan.

Our GHG report is available online on the ADEME website here: Identity Sheet – Publication Form Consultation – GHG Reports

Cybersecurity at the heart of our concerns

Mecadaq is part of the Air Cyber program.

This program harmonizes and standardizes cybersecurity within the aerospace and defense supply chain.
As an Air Cyber member, you benefit from a unique mutual support and maturity assessment program based on OEMs’ cyber tools and expertise, as well as collective intelligence.
The aim? To make cybersecurity equally accessible to all, whatever the size of the company.
We’ve put a lot of work into this, and have achieved GOLD status at 93%!

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and the advancement of our quality and environmental policy, we asked the experts at the renowned certification body EcoVadis to assess our CSR policy.

We were awarded the bronze medal, placing Mecadaq Group in the top 35% of companies assessed by EcoVadis over the last 12 months (65th percentile or higher).
This assessment has given us a clearer picture of the projects to be implemented, and we are proud of how far we have come.

We are continuing to implement far-reaching changes in the areas of the environment, purchasing, ethics and human resources, with the aim of promoting and supporting a more sustainable industry.

Mecadaq Group mobilizes in favor of CSR and obtains the UIMM’s “+ committed + performing” commitment charter.

This charter highlights our actions and our determination to pursue our commitment to the company’s overall industrial performance.
